* New Years Eve Celebration * December 31st, 2014 - January 1st 2015 *
This is an invitation to look at our inner sweetness, light and love of the blue fawn, the spirit of this Hoicholi ceremony, and Grandfather fire. During the ceremony chants and prayers are performed to heal the soul, call our spiritual guides and teachers, and to attract good purposes for our lives.
This is one of the ways our Native American grandparents raised their prayers to the Great Spirit asking for healing, and in return heard the calling of the messages of the ancestors.
Mario Mikistly, a trusted elder walking the Red Road, the indigenous Native America spiritual path for may years will be our guide. His life is the path. He has traveled extensively passing the teachings to circles that have formed around him in his native Mexico, Costa Rica, Columbia and Brazil. His wisdom, laughter, and intimate experience of both modern life and culture and his people's traditions qualify him to offer this profound experience, making it accessible and real.
* Yoga and Raw food Integration * January 24-30 2015 *
*Dharma of Body and Mind - Yoga & Meditation Retreat * December 1-7, 2014 *
Join us for a journey to the secrets and magic of awakening through the practice of Yoga Dharma and Mindfulness Meditation in the beautiful surrounding of San Juanillo, Costa Rica. A wholesome experience of nature, food, yoga, awareness and serenity .
We invite you to experience living in harmony with nature connecting to body and mind, by deepening your yoga and meditation practice.
Through Mindfulness we aim to experience and inquire the relation between body, mind and breath, the way they influence and mirror one another, and to open ourselves to our senses, feelings and mental movements, through all daily activities.
The Yoga Dharma practice is approached from the Iyengar yoga method and meditation sessions are guided with basic instructions in mindfulness meditation for the purpose of developing Vipassana - Insight Wisdom.
During the retreat we may have time for silence for the quiescence and serenity of the mind, and for raising our sense of perception and sensitivity. We'll be close to mother earth, nurtured by the sea, the wind, the sun and the loving peaceful space, and eat healthy vegetarian organic food from our garden.
