The benefits of a cleanse retreat:
Cleansing can bring many and varied benefits, often beyond all expectations.
Here are just a few of them:
Alya provides a supportive and healing atmosphere where you can feel safe to detox on all levels. We are on hand to guide and support you throughout your cleansing journey with the aim of not only bringing about empowered, positive transformation on the physical level, but also on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels. During the detox retreat we provide information, inspiration and practical tips to help you better understand yourself and your health. We believe that optimum health is about ‘listening’ to your body, your mind and your heart and becoming aware of your needs - ultimately, taking charge of your own health and wellbeing.
Yoga is a Way of life, a learning process and personal progression. A development of physical, emotional and intellectual skills. A means to achieving a deeper understanding of our body, consciousness and leading a better life.
With a small group setting and individual attention, the yoga classes are suitable for every body and everyone. Anat Zohar, Founder of Yoga Dharma, will provide powerful tools, techniques and insights that restore your energies on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
